Gary Raddon founded Raddon Financial Group in 1982 and became a recognized industry expert, building RFG into a premier database research firm providing strategic marketing solutions for financial institutions.

Raddon received his master’s degree in business administration from Brigham Young University in 1965. From 1966 through the early 1970s he worked with Continental Illinois Bank in Chicago as special assistant to the chairman and later as marketing manager of the Commercial Loan Department. In 1974 he graduated from Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He served on the faculties of several state banking schools and authored the book, Developing New Financial Products.

Raddon passed away in 2008 at age 72, but his profound influence on the financial services industry remains. Today, leading financial institutions across the U.S. rely on Raddon consumer research to help them improve earnings and increase market share.
