Jody De Valk joined Raddon in 2018. Prior to joining the Raddon team, Jody spent nearly 20 years in financial services including five years in loan services with Washington Mutual and 15 years with Credit Human (formerly San Antonio Credit Union) in San Antonio, Texas. Jody began his career at the credit union servicing the indirect loan portfolio but over the course of 10 years he would move from the servicing side into production including management roles in underwriting, loan processing and funding. His last five years with Credit Human were spent in the marketing department as the Marketing Insights and Intelligence Analyst, using Raddon products such as Integrator, Performance Analytics and Member Relationship survey. Jody earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management as well as a Masters of Arts in Management and Leadership, both from Liberty University.

I’ve been using the same satellite TV provider for about 15 years. From that you can safely infer that I’m a loyal customer. But in this case, my loyalty isn’t why I keep my current satellite service. As a matter of fact, I have no more affinity for my current provider than I do for any other cable or streaming service. No, the only reason I stay is because my provider has a relatively exclusive relationship with the NFL, and I’ve been a football fan since I could walk. That’s it.

Question: Which credit card offers consumers the best value in terms of travel rewards? Answer: There probably isn’t a “correct” answer, and any answer probably has a lot to do with personal preference. But the question itself is becoming less relevant during the COVID-19 pandemic as travel, in general, and air travel, specifically, has essentially ground to a halt.
