Becky Summers, Thought Leadership and Strategic Insights – Summers leads strategic insight delivery and thought leadership engagement for Raddon, specifically using data successfully. She brings a strong background in financial services, having worked for more than 20 years at a $2.5 billion, multistate credit union where she held a succession of roles from management of service center operations to SVP of Sales and Marketing. For three years immediately prior to joining Raddon, she was president and CEO of Ronald McDonald House of Michiana. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing, management and insurance from Indiana State University.
Bill Handel, General Manager and Chief Economist – Handel is a seasoned product development and management consultant who leverages his knowledge of consumer and business needs – along with his understanding of how financial services profitability is achieved – to help Raddon clients develop innovative product lines. He is responsible for all research and analytics programs at Raddon and has written several books on financial services product pricing and development.
Greg Ulankiewicz, Senior Research Analyst and Performance Analytics Product Manager – Ulankiewicz develops content for the Raddon Performance Analytics and Research Insights programs and provides analytical support to strategic advisors at Raddon. Having spent more than 20 years at Raddon, he has a deep knowledge of consumer banking behavior and industry trends that he uses to help financial institutions hone their strategies for deepening accountholder relationships and driving profitable performance.
Helen Acke, Strategic Advisor – Acke has over 25 years of MCIF/data management experience in the financial services industry, which she uses to help clients use their data for strategic and tactical guidance. She began her career with St. Paul Federal Bank in Chicago and has been with Raddon for the past 18 years. During her tenure at Raddon, she has held a variety of roles, including software trainer and service bureau manager. She has been actively involved in the development, improvement and execution of Integrator Advance from Raddon.
Jenny Armistead, Strategic Advisor – Armistead has over 15 years of marketing and communications leadership experience within the financial services and health care industries. Her passion and experience are focused on helping organizations drive brand awareness, growth and profitability through leveraging data analysis to implement successful digital marketing strategies. She is dual certified in digital marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute and the American Marketing Association and earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Central Michigan University.
Alexandra Romjue, Senior Data Analyst – Romjue is a senior data analyst at Raddon and key contributor to the Raddon Research Insights program. As a former and certified training and human resources professional in the credit union industry for six years with a Master’s in sociology, she uses her expertise in data analysis and human behavior to analyze trends in the financial industry in order to share information in a digestible way and find solutions for further innovation. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Eastern Washington University and her Master’s in sociology from Arizona State University.
Marcus Rothaar, Data Analytics Development and Delivery – As manager of Data Analytics Development at Raddon, Rothaar leads the team responsible for developing and producing Raddon analytics and benchmarking programs, which include Performance Analytics and the Raddon suite of survey services. Since joining Raddon in 1998, he has been involved in developing, analyzing and presenting the results of Raddon research and strategic analytics solutions. A frequent speaker at Raddon workshops for bank and credit union executives and other industry events, Rothaar provides actionable guidance and data-driven insights to help financial institutions drive growth and performance improvement.
