Bill Handel, General Manager and Chief Economist
Bill is a seasoned product development and management consultant who leverages his knowledge of consumer and business needs – along with his understanding of how financial services profitability is achieved – to help Raddon clients develop innovative product lines. He is responsible for all research and analytics programs at Raddon and has written several books on financial services product pricing and development. He earned a BA in Economics from Kenyon College.
Marcus Rothaar, Data Analytics Development and Delivery
As manager of Data Analytics Development at Raddon, Rothaar leads the team responsible for developing and producing Raddon analytics and benchmarking programs, which include Performance Analytics and the Raddon suite of survey services. Since joining Raddon in 1998, he has been involved in developing, analyzing and presenting the results of Raddon research and strategic analytics solutions. A frequent speaker at Raddon workshops for bank and credit union executives and other industry events, Rothaar provides actionable guidance and data-driven insights to help financial institutions drive growth and performance improvement.
Becky Summers, Thought Leadership and Strategic Insights
Becky leads the strategic insight delivery and thought leadership engagement for Raddon, specifically using data successfully. She brings a strong background in financial services, having worked for more than 20 years at a $2.5 billion, multi-state credit union where she held a succession of roles from management of service center operations to SVP of Sales and Marketing. Additionally, for three years immediately prior to joining Raddon, Becky was President and CEO of Ronald McDonald House of Michiana. She earned a BS in Marketing, Management, and Insurance from Indiana State University.
Greg Ulankiewicz, Senior Research Analyst and Performance Analytics Product Manager
Greg develops content for the Raddon Performance Analytics and Research Insights programs and provides analytical support to strategic advisors at Raddon. Through his over 20 years’ experience at Raddon, he uses his knowledge of consumer banking behavior and industry trends to help financial institutions hone their strategies for deepening accountholder relationships and driving profitable performance.
Caroline Vahrenkamp, Program Manager, Raddon Research Insights
Caroline is responsible for Raddon Research Insights, the company’s national consumer research program, and has written more than 20 research studies since joining Raddon. A former finance and marketing executive in the credit union industry, she uses her 25 years of experience to find trends and patterns in consumer behavior and to develop solutions for institutions, particularly in their strategic planning, product development, and marketing strategy.
