Executive Team

Edward “Skip” Wipson

General Manager

Skip Wipson has a deep background in financial services and consulting. He joins Raddon from McKinsey, where helped create and lead a team focused on client development in financial services. The practice achieved significant success and growth under Skip’s stewardship.

Skip is a longtime entrepreneur and business leader, having previously founded and led two private firms focused on strategy, M&A and other consulting functions. Notably, he is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served as a pilot and flight instructor. He still flies regularly, and is a prodigious skier, community volunteer, and Admissions Liaison Officer at his alma mater, the United States Air Force Academy.

Todd Beemer

Vice President, Client Management

Todd Beemer leads Client Engagement for Raddon, helping banks and credit unions meet and exceed their growth goals.  After serving for several years in a credit union leadership role, Todd has worked the last twenty years in client management for leading technology providers in the financial services industry.  Todd earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Washburn University in Topeka and passed the CPA exam shortly thereafter. Todd enjoys using his financial, technology, and industry experience in helping Raddon clients.

Bill Handel

Vice President, Research and Chief Economist

Bill Handel leads Raddon’s Research & Analytics practice, which includes the nationally recognized Performance Analytics, Raddon Research Insights, and Raddon Survey programs.  In his over 25 years with Raddon, he has been instrumental in establishing Raddon as an authority on consumer and small business financial behavior, and how financial institutions can best meet market needs profitably. As an author, a sought-after speaker, and advisor to banks and credit unions, Bill has developed many unique programs to help clients develop and manage innovative products.    He earned a BA in Economics from Kenyon College.

James White

Vice President, Technology and Delivery Services

James White is responsible for Technology and Delivery functions -- including development, implementation, and support of technologies used by Raddon clients -- as well as Marketing Campaign services for Raddon clients based on the Integrator platform.  Earlier in his career, James held successive leadership roles with Open Solutions, delivering technology solutions to banks and credit unions.  He earned a BBA from Faulkner University.

Louie Lambrou

Director of Marketing & Communications

Louie Lambrou works with Raddon colleagues, clients, media outlets, and other partners to ensure that Raddon insights and programs are well communicated and executed through suitable channels and events. Clients experience Louie’s work through Raddon Workshops, Conferences, and CEO Forum.  A longtime Raddon professional, Louie earned a BA in Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago.       

Manisha Banthia

Co-Head, Data Science

Manisha Banthia leads the Raddon team of modelers who develop descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive algorithms by applying statistical analytics and machine learning to large data sets.  Earlier in her career, Manisha served in various roles with Oracle Corporation, including leading the architecture team of Oracle’s Reveleus software for risk analytics which earned a Gartner Magic Quadrant distinction.  She also was instrumental in building the financial services analytics practice of Infosys.  Manisha earned a bachelors degree in Economics, an MBA in Finance from Calcutta University and a diploma in systems management and programming from NIIT.

Kapil Sapra

Co-Head, Data Science

Kapil Sapra built Fiserv’s Data Management Center of Excellence and leads Raddon’s data management team.  The Data CoE consists of over 200 professionals with deep expertise in organizing and normalizing data coming from multitudes of source systems so that it can be effectively manipulated and analyzed for business use.  Kapil’s team is deeply experienced in banking software platforms, including the broad Fiserv range of core, channels, payments, analytics, and other systems.  Earlier in his career, Kapil worked in data management with Thrivent Financial, Barclays Bank, and Cognizant.  He is a Bachelors graduate in Electronics from India’s National Institute of Technology and the Executive Program in Business Management of the Indian Institute of Management.

Ryan Kossack

Director, New Client Sales

Ryan Kossack is a long-time Raddon professional with a deep passion for client success.  He was instrumental in building Raddon’s survey programs to their current position of industry leadership.  Currently, Ryan leads a talented team of Area Vice Presidents who work closely with Raddon's clients and prospective clients in aligning appropriate Raddon solutions with the financial institution's corporate goals and objectives. Ryan earned a BA in Marketing from Illinois State University.

Dan Kramer

Area Vice President

Dan Kramer has extensive experience in the banking industry and is a long-time Raddon professional.  In his current position of Area Vice President, Dan’s focus is on helping financial institutions drive profitable growth.  Dan earned a BS from Indiana University.

Paul Wheatley

Area Vice President

Paul Wheatley is an experienced banking and financial services professional helping clients use data analytics to grow strategically.  Prior to joining Raddon he served banks and credit unions with technology-driven solutions for marketing, finance, and compliance with Finastra and Pitney Bowes Software.  He is also a former banking executive, having served in branch, lending, marketing, compliance, and retail management with Bank of America and SunTrust Bank. He earned a BS in Business Administration from Presbyterian College.

Glenn Tresemer

Director, Client Management

Glenn Tresemer joined Raddon in 2012 following a series of key roles in the financial services industry. Currently, Glenn manages the Account Executive team who engage with existing Raddon partner clients providing assistance in interpreting strategic initiatives while increasing institution performance and engagement. Earlier in his career, Glenn served in leadership roles with CUNA Mutual Group, and as Executive Vice President of Lake Michigan Credit Union. Glenn has spent his entire career in the financial services space and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Raddon clients

Mark Boehm

Account Executive

Mark Boehm has been with Raddon for over 20 years, holding numerous positions including Strategic Advisor, Survey Solutions Consultant, and Production Manager for our Performance Analytics program. Currently, Mark is an Account Executive for the Midwest region, where he works with clients to assist in facilitating their strategies and implementing initiatives that strengthen customer and member relationships. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Southern Illinois University and an Advanced Accounting Certificate from the College of DuPage.

Matthew Brandenberg

Account Executive

Matthew Brandenberg is highly experienced in helping financial institutions use data and analytics to better understand their businesses and build effective strategies.  Prior to joining Raddon in 2014, Matt worked with financial services clients as an executive with Equifax and Lexis Nexus.  He began his career in banking with M&I Home Equity Corporation.  Matt earned a BA in Journalism from Marquette University.

Terry Downey

Account Executive

Terry Downey is an experience financial industry services professional. Prior to joining Raddon, he served banks and credit unions with technology-driven solutions for compliance, mobile banking, ATM Services, ECRM  and Core solutions with various solution providers.

Marc Pedersen

Account Executive

Marc Pedersen joins the Raddon team after a career of more than 20 years on the core side of Fiserv. During his time at Fiserv, Marc successfully served in many roles including Account Executive, Client Partner, and in a sales role where he was highly successful for many years on the Global Sales Organization team.  Marc also spent two and a half years on the CEB Talent Management team where he focused on organizational best practice and driving greater results for financial institutions. Marc has worked with all levels of the credit union in constructing holistic solutions for the organization and this approach will translate nicely to the work needed as an Account Executives for Raddon.

Becky Robinson

Account Executive

Having over 20 years of industry experience, Becky Robinson brings extensive knowledge and strategic guidance to her clients as a Raddon Account Executive. Assisting credit unions and banks execute on strategies that assist in increasing performance and member/customer engagement is at the center of the value Becky brings to her clients. Prior to joining Raddon, Becky was a Client Partner with Fiserv, where she managed client relationships for institutions utilizing a Fiserv core system. Prior to working at Fiserv, Becky served in a number of key roles within the financial institution industry including lending, retail branch operations and management, and call center management.

Eric Wittekiend

Account Executive

Eric Wittekiend is a long-time Raddon professional, committed to helping clients build and execute successful strategies. During his tenure, he has been influential in the development of numerous Raddon analytical frameworks and services.  Prior to joining Raddon, Eric worked in banking.  He holds a BA from Northern Illinois University.

Bill Jordan

Managing Strategic Advisor

Bill Jordan leads the Raddon Strategic Advisor team, helping clients gain insight from Raddon analytics and take practical action to yield business results. Previously, Bill  worked in  commercial banking, gaining experience in credit underwriting, relationship management, and executive leadership. He has also served on numerous corporate and nonprofit advisory boards in the Chicago area. He earned a BS in Finance from Iowa State University and an MBA from DePaul University. 

Carl A. Campione

Strategic Advisor

Carl Campione works with Raddon clients to develop strategies that strengthen their relationships with customers and members. His financial services career includes more than 30 years of experience in retail and business banking, insurance marketing, database marketing, information management, and consulting. Prior to joining Raddon, Carl served as Director of Marketing for a bank holding company and a 25-branch bank.  He holds a Master’s degree in Communications from Northwestern University.

Megan Cummins

Strategic Advisor

Megan Cummins works with Raddon clients, providing analytical, strategic and tactical recommendations. During her 14 years with Raddon she has held a variety of roles in Performance Analytics and Integrator™ training and implementation.  She earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA in Marketing and Management from North Central College.

Jody De Valk

Strategic Advisor

Jody De Valk joined Raddon in 2018. Prior to joining the Raddon team, Jody spent nearly 20 years in financial services including 5 years in loan services with Washington Mutual and 15 years with Credit Human (formerly San Antonio Credit Union) in San Antonio, Texas. Jody began his career at the credit union servicing the indirect loan portfolio but over the course of 10 years he would move from the servicing side into production including management roles in underwriting, loan processing and funding. His last 5 years with Credit Human were spent in the Marketing department as the Marketing Insights and Intelligence Analyst, using Raddon products such as Integrator, Performance Analytics and Member Relationship survey. Jody earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management as well as a Masters of Arts in Management and Leadership, both from Liberty University.    

Karen Kislin

Strategic Advisor

Karen Kislin works with clients to develop strategies and implement tactical recommendations that strengthen customer and member relationships. Prior to joining Raddon, Karen held responsibilities in strategic planning, branding, advertising and communication for OneAZ Credit Union in Arizona. She earned a BS from Northern Arizona University and an MBA from the University of Arizona.

Marcy Scanlin

Strategic Advisor

Marcy Scanlin brings a long track record of helping financial institutions use data and analytics to grow their franchises.  Prior to joining Raddon, Marcy held a range of advisory and leadership roles with Deluxe Corporation and Marquis Software, serving banks and credit unions. She holds a BS in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Florida.

Jan Trifts

Strategic Advisor

Jan Trifts has worked with Raddon clients for twelve years, developing strategies that strengthen their relationships with their customers and members. She has more than thirty years of experience in the financial services industry including marketing, market research, strategic planning, product development, training, customer support and account management. She was a client relations director at CashEdge, where she was responsible for relationships with several leading banks. She also held a senior management position with Harland (Marketing Profiles Inc.), where she managed customer support, account management, training and programming.

Marcus Rothaar

Leader, Performance Analytics

Marcus leads Raddon’s Performance Analytics benchmarking program and small business research initiatives. Since joining Raddon in 1998, Marcus has been involved in developing, analyzing, and presenting the results of Raddon’s research and strategic analytics solutions. A frequent speaker at Raddon’s workshops for bank and credit union executives and other industry events, Rothaar provides actionable guidance and data-driven insights to help financial institutions drive growth and performance improvement.

Becky Summers

Leader, Marketing Services

Becky Summers joined Raddon in 2017 with a background deep in financial services leadership.  During her nearly twenty-year career with Teachers Credit Union in Indiana, Becky held a succession of roles from the management of service center operations through Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  Additionally, for three years immediately prior to joining Raddon, Becky was President and CEO of Ronald McDonald House of Michiana.  She earned a BS in Marketing, Management, and Insurance from Indiana State University.  

Greg Ulankiewicz

Senior Research Analyst

Greg Ulankiewicz develops content for the Raddon Research Insights and Performance Analytics programs, and provides analytical support to strategic advisors at Raddon. He joined Raddon in 2001 as a client manager.   

Andrew Vahrenkamp

Leader, Raddon Research Insights

Andrew Vahrenkamp is responsible for Raddon Research Insights, Raddon’s national consumer research program.  A former finance and marketing executive in the credit union industry, he uses his 20 years of experience to find trends and patterns in consumer behavior and to develop solutions for institutions, particularly in their strategic planning, product development, and marketing strategy.
