Small Business National Research Option
RFG
has launched a primary research program designed to
understand the financial needs and service requirements of
the small business market. The Small Business National
Research program is an in-depth analysis of small business
demand for financial products and services. The program
will help the financial services industry design the right
products, service structure and channels around the needs of
key small business segments.
Participation
in the Small Business National Research study requires an
annual fee and nominal workshop fee. Workshops will be held
in conjunction with the SPSG workshops (currently Oak Brook on
