Strategic Advisors
When you partner with RFG, you’ll have a Strategic
Advisor to evaluate your challenges and
opportunities throughout the year. Averaging 10
years of “client-side” financial marketing
experience, your Strategic Advisor will deliver a
custom Earnings Improvement Plan to you every six
months. Your Strategic Advisor will offer strategies
and tactics to help improve overall performance --
in terms you can quantify: ROA, ROI, services per
household, average balances, etc.
Earnings Improvement Plans
Every six months the Strategic Advisor assigned to
your institution will complete a comprehensive
Earnings Improvement Plan. Your custom Earnings
Improvement Plan will identify your best
opportunities for growth and improved performance
through an assessment of your CEO Strategies Group
report, competitive landscape, past financial and
marketing performance, and annual goals and
objectives.
Marketing Strategy
One of your Strategic Advisor’s responsibilities is
to provide your institution with the strategies that
help you make the best use of your marketing dollars
targeting the right people, using the right message,
at the right time.
Board & Management
Presentations
Rely on your Strategic Advisor to present your
institution’s strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to your Board
of Directors and
