STATISTICS: Over 50% of a typical credit union's cards have less than 2 purchase transactions per month. 15% of the cards have no purchase transactions over the course of a year. TACTIC: Run periodic promotions / sweepstakes for the the winner to have their monthly purchases to be paid by the credit union (Consider putting a cap on the amount paid).
