Volume from "D" Households
Identify your "D" households (largest group of unprofitable households). Select the "Loyal D" households (have over $10K in balances or an active checking account) because these households are more likely to buy another product from the
institution.
ISSUE:
"D HHs" are the largest group of unprofitable consumers for most
institutions.
OBJECTIVE:
Identify the "Loyal D" households and move them out of unprofitable status through "Better Than 0% Auto Loans"
TACTIC:
Educate your members/customers on how they can get a "better than 0%" by financing through the
institution and taking the dealer rebate (use web calculators, newsletters, direct marketing and one-on-one education).
