Generating Deposits From "E" Households 

ISSUE: Need Deposit Growth

OBJECTIVE: Target "E" households who are likely to bring additional deposit dollars

TACTIC:
Find "E" households with balances greater than $20,000 who are Middle Income Depositors, Low Income Depositors and Upscale.  Offer longer-term CDs for new money to the institution. Consider paying a premium rate for households who have at least $10,000 in checking and savings balances.
