Partner Support Team
The Partner Support Team’s primary function is to
support all iNTEGRATOR partners with their software
questions and ensure they have a good understanding
of iNTEGRATOR’s functionality. The Partner Support
Team also helps implement tactics that you receive
from your Strategic Advisor or any of RFG’s research
programs.
Software Training
Each Partner Support Team member is a certified
iNTEGRATOR MCIF trainer.
RFG offers two courses, an iNTEGRATOR fundamentals
class for
new users and an advanced functionality course for
the MCIF pros.
Tactics Implementation &
Software Operation
RFG’s Partner Support Team will help you implement
the tactics you receive
from your Strategic Advisor or any of RFG’s research
programs and show you
how to use iNTEGRATOR to target the right customers
for successful campaigns.
Technical Support
RFG’s Partner Support Team is trained to handle
almost any question regarding the iNTEGRATOR MCIF
system. In addition to being iNTEGRATOR experts,
many Partner Support Team members have industry
experience as MCIF operators. RFG also staffs
technical and iNTEGRATOR experts to help every step
of the way. |
