Advanced Campaign Manager
iNTEGRATOR’s Campaign Manager facilitates
tracking, measurement and reporting of multiple
marketing campaigns. You can leverage Next Best Cross
Sale or survey recommendations for maximum marketing
efficiency. Campaign Manager tracks promotion codes and
control groups and facilitates email channel splits. It
includes an ROI calculator and Survey Manager.

Flexible Profit Model
While many clients rely on the profitability methodology
offered through the CEO Strategies Group program, some
clients have requested functionality to adjust the
profit model by specific variables or import
profitability from an external system.
They asked. We delivered.
iNTEGRATOR now provides flexible transfer
pricing, with multiple replacement rate sources, and a
loan loss allocation model based on credit score –
flexible score ranges and allocation amounts with a
direct tie back to anticipated loss amount by loan type.
The model includes expense, loan loss and fee overrides.

Credit Card, Investment/Insurance and
Activity-based Segmentation
Target your Balance Rollers, Electronic Oriented or
Established Investors! RFG has preset iNTEGRATOR
with several unique segmentation schemes developed from
our proprietary database research programs. Knowing a
household’s account activity and non-traditional product
usage is valuable, but the ability to take action on
that information is invaluable. That’s why RFG has made
it simple to target, track and measure these unique
segments.

Powerful Report Generator
iNTEGRATOR 7 provides a powerful and
flexible new function for creating sophisticated
reports. Add your own fields and labels to design
header, footer and detail sections. Specify multi-level
field relationships, field aggregation, criteria for
printing and field sorting. Set field and label
attributes (font, color, bold, underline). You can also
preview your report while defining the layout. These
custom reports are easily exported to Word, Excel and
many other formats.

iNTEGRATOR Web (iWEB) Enhancements
iWEB includes new relationship management
functionality such as contact notes, data editing and
screen/view customization. Now you can customize
iWEB to provide your front-line staff with the
information most critical to their sales and service
objectives.

Sales Tracking Reports
iNTEGRATOR 7 expands organizational
hierarchy to allow you to define your own regions,
branches and officers for sales tracking. New
Performance Summary and New/Lost/Reassigned reports
provide period comparisons by region, branch or officer.
