This is an overview course with a "group-live" delivery to our workshop participants with no prerequisites or advance preparation required. In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 5 CPE credits to be awarded for this course based on a 50-minute hour.

Program learning objectives and content: The Board Report section examines the overall performance of the institution from the perspective of ROA management. Key performance ratios are reviewed, and strategic and tactical actions are identified to help you improve the bottom line. Product Management focuses on refining the institution’s product offerings to best meet the demands of the membership while maintaining organizational profitability. Finally, Raddon Financial Group has developed a comprehensive profit segmentation model to examine your household base. Profit segmentation helps diagnose the problems which lead to a solution.
