OBJECTIVE:
Increase Share of Wallet of Deposit Products

STEPS:

  1. Find the Deposit Driven A Households who are Depositor, Upscale or Middle Market with < $5,000 in liquid deposits 

Long-Term Money

  1. Offer a long-term High Rate Liquid CD (allows withdrawals every 6 months) and require a higher balance level

  2. Consider Limiting this Offer to New Money Only or direct market to non-maturing CD HHs

Short-Term Money

  1. Deposit Driven A Households between 35 - 55 yr old with < $5,000 in liquid deposits and No MMA

  2. Offer High Rate MMA product with a companion primary checking account (minimum balance interest) and a balance requirement of at least $10,000 in the MMA
