Create a New HH Sales Track

For most institutions, 60% or more of the new households come in as unprofitable D households
ISSUE:
We need to get these new households on a sales track to improve their profitability
TACTIC:
Select: Those that have a have checking and sell the next most likely product based upon household age (see graph).
Select: Households without checking and sell checking if they are in-market. For HHs out of market, sell loans to younger households.
