Generating
Deposits From "A" Households
ISSUE:
To maximize Return on Investment, select high deposit
households and get a bigger share of their deposit and
investment wallet.
OBJECTIVE: Identify the "A" households who
are more likely are likely to leave the institution (hot
money). Find those who have recently increased core deposits
(checking or savings or traditional MMDA) by $10,000.
TACTIC: Market longer-term CDs or alternative
investments to try to lock-in the money they are currently
parking in short-term funds.
