Protect And Grow High Value Loan HHs
Market the Next Best Loan Opportunity 

KEY FINDING:  Not all profitable households are the same. For example, “A” Real Estate HHs and “A” Mixed HHs are profitable due to strong loan relationships. 

ISSUE: Over time, as the loans in these households pay-down, these households become less profitable. Therefore, we need to continually market the next loan opportunity to retain profitability. 

TACTIC:  Select “A” Real Estate HHs, “A and B” Mixed HHs, and “B” Loan HHs who are Credit Driven, Middle Market and Upscale and market the next loan opportunity to these households.
