STATISTICS: 

• Moderate Debit Card users (11 to 25 debit transactions per month) are 3x more likely to use Bill Payment.  

• High Debit Card Users (over 25 transactions per month), are 7x more likely to use Bill Payment.

TACTIC: 

Select: Moderate and High POS/Debit Users (> 11 transactions with no Bill Payment).

Offer: Bill Pay services to these households (these HHs are prime targets for Bill Pay services).
