of Member Relationship Management to Credit Unions

(Nasdaq:FISV) and the Raddon Financial Group (RFG) today announced they have developed an advanced Member Relationship Management (MRM) solution for credit unions. The next- generation MRM solution ranks each member’s value according to his or her total experience with the credit union including transaction activity, service methods and account balances.

The companies’ joint offering combines the sophisticated core processing capabilities of the Summit Spectrum system with RFG’s marketing research and systems expertise. With the new MRM solution, detailed member transaction activity is extracted from the Summit core system and analyzed by RFG, and the results are uploaded to the Summit core system. Credit union staff can use the Summit MRM application to easily access member value information and identify the next best product to target specific members for direct mail campaigns, effectively price products and services and more.
