and Summit to Provide Segmentation at the
Credit Union Front

Key
profit segmentation values developed by the Raddon Financial
Group (RFG) for the CEO Strategies Group are now available to
Credit Unions through the Summit Spectrum® System.
Summit clients that participate in RFG’s CEO Strategies
Group will have the option to use unique profit segmentation
data at their front lines and throughout their organizations.
Summit
Information Systems of Corvallis, Oregon is the first credit
union information system provider to offer segmentation from
RFG’s CEO Strategies Group. “The open architecture of the
Summit Spectrum system, made it possible to use existing tools
to efficiently deliver RFG’s segmentation analysis information
to the inquiry screen on each of the Credit Union’s
workstations. Now this critical member relationship information
is readily available throughout the Credit Union” said Kevin
Sparks, President, Summit Information Systems.
The
“display memo” feature on the Summit Spectrum system allows
Credit Union staff to view RFG’s A-E
Profit Segmentation, Balance Segmentation and Household
Profitability while serving members in the branch. As a
component of the CEO Strategies Group, RFG uses the financial
data and the Credit Union’s member data to provide
segmentation analysis for Credit Union clients.
Credit Unions use RFG’s unique member segmentation to
implement marketing strategies and tactics. Now, with this data
available through the operating system, front line staff can
efficiently target members for the right products and services
as they process the member’s transactions.
