Among RFG's MCIF Clients For Third Straight Year
For
the third year in a row, Raddon Financial Group’s (RFG) client
satisfaction survey shows that at least ninety-seven percent (97%) of
RFG’s partner clients would recommend RFG’s iNTEGRATOR MCIF system to
other financial institutions.
RFG’s partner clients participate in several database and survey
research programs; they also utilize RFG’s iNTEGRATOR MCIF system for
direct marketing, management reporting and business intelligence. RFG’s
partners total nearly 400 financial institutions.
Contributing to RFG’s high client satisfaction level is a collaborative
support structure through which RFG’s Strategic Advisors work
individually with each client to apply research-based solutions to a
client’s specific goals and objectives. RFG’s partners also benefit from
semiannual Earnings Improvement Plans which identify the client’s best
opportunities for profitable growth and improved performance.

RFG’s most recent client satisfaction survey was conducted online in
November of 2006. RFG received 298 responses to their client
satisfaction survey.
