High-performing Credit Unions Recognized by Raddon Financial Group

Lombard, Ill., October 23, 2008 – Raddon Financial Group (RFG), a strategic business unit of Open Solutions Inc.®, recently presented its inaugural Crystal Performance Awards to 11 high performing credit unions. The awards were presented to eight of the 11 credit unions at RFG’s annual CEO/Directors’ Forum held Aug. 6 through Aug. 8 at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa, Calif.

The Crystal Performance Award was designed to recognize credit unions with assets greater than $500 million for achieving a top 10 ranking in 2007 based on the RFG Performance Index, a balanced scorecard measurement of growth, income, efficiency and margin management. America First Credit Union, Utah; Coast Central Credit Union, Calif.; Educational Employees Credit Union, Calif.; Lockheed Federal Credit Union, Calif.;, Los Angeles Firemen’s Credit Union, Calif.;, Mountain America Credit Union, Utah; NASA Federal Credit Union, Md.; Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union, Texas; San Diego County Credit Union, Calif.; SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union (formerly OCTFCU), Calif.; and United Federal Credit Union, Mich. received the distinction of Crystal Performance in 2007 (a tie for 10th place resulted in recognition of 11 credit unions).

The analysis used to evaluate credit unions for the Crystal Performance Award is an element of RFG’s CEO Strategies Group program. To be eligible for the Crystal Performance Award, a credit union must participate in the CEO Strategies Group for an in-depth analysis of financials, products and member household relationships.
