Bob Dye,
General Manager and Chief Operating Officer
Before joining RFG in 2004, Bob was a Senior Vice President with Bank One
and a Senior Vice President with The First National Bank of Chicago. While with
Bank One, Bob managed their top performing Retail Group in the nation - as
measured by overall peer group performance over a 3 year period. Prior to Bank
One and First Chicago, Bob managed all aspects of Retail Banking for
Gary-Wheaton Corporation -- a highly successful bank holding company based in the
western suburbs of Chicago. Before Gary-Wheaton, Bob was a Senior Vice President
for Financial Shares Corp - a marketing, communications and sales training
consulting firm with financial institution clients located throughout the United
States. Prior to Financial Shares, Bob worked in all departments of a community
bank in his hometown of Quincy, Illinois.
As Chief Operations Officer for RFG, Bob works with all Product Development and
Software Development initiatives, as well as the RFG Client Services Group and
the Production Group. Bob is also responsible for the Planning, Accounting,
Information Technology, and Human Resources functions within RFG.
Bob has an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a BA in Economics from
Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. He has been the Retail Banking Section
Leader and an Instructor at the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin
since 1981. Bob has been a top rated instructor at 13 Banking Schools, and a top
rated speaker at more than 300 banking conferences in 35 states -- frequently
speaking on retail banking, marketing, sales and sales-management related

Bill Handel,
Vice President, Product Development
Bill Handel graduated from Kenyon College in 1980 with a degree in Economics. He
has worked in the financial services industry since that time, primarily as a
consultant in the area of Product Development and Management. Since joining the
Raddon Financial Group in 1990, he has developed several unique programs to
assist financial institutions in the management of their product lines. His
knowledge of the financial needs of consumers and businesses, combined with an
understanding of how profitability is achieved in the financial services
industry, has allowed the development of innovative product development
initiatives. He has written several books for the financial services industry in
the area of product pricing and product development.

Curt
Johnson, Vice President, Software Development
Curt Johnson joined Raddon Financial Group in July of 1989. Since 1992, Curt has
managed all software development projects, including development of RFG's data
processing system for the CEO Strategies Programs, a system which now processes
over 25 million accounts each quarter. More recently, Curt has managed the
development of the iNTEGRATOR MCIF System.

Bob O'Meara,
Vice President,
Director of Research
Bob O'Meara has been the Director of Research at the Raddon Financial Group
since 1983. Bob is in charge of the Strategic Planning Study Group, group survey
programs and all custom research projects. Bob has been monitoring changes in consumer
attitudes and financial services behavior for over 18 years. He has been a
frequent speaker at financial industry trade association conferences. Prior to joining
the firm, Bob worked in market research at a $7 billion Chicago financial
institution. Bob has his MBA degree from DePaul University.

Dirk
Pollock, Vice President, Operations and
Services
Dirk Pollock joined RFG in May of 1999 as the Manager of Information Systems. Dirk came to RFG with fifteen years of experience in information technology from the manufacturing and health care industries. In addition to managing the Information
Systems at RFG, Dirk is in charge of the workshop preparation and physical book production and delivery for all RFG presentations. Dirk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from National Louis University.

Dan
Lotspeich, Process Manager
Dan Lotspeich joined RFG in April of 1996. Since August of 2000,
he has managed the day-to-day production functions for RFG's CEO Strategies Group and Group Survey programs, which includes the oversight of the Client Manager and Marketing Research Analyst teams, respectively.
Dan received his Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Miami University (OH).

Fabio Biasella,
VP and Managing Director of Strategic Advisory Services
Fabio joined RFG in March of 2002 with fourteen years of experience in the retail financial
services industry. As a Private Banker and Trust Banker with various financial institutions
including US Bank and Wells Fargo, Fabio developed strategic initiatives to establish and
manage new retail banking offices, and market financial products and services to existing client segments.
As the manager of the Strategic Advisor Team, Fabio leverages his strong marketing
background, expertise in retail banking, and leadership skills to assist all RFG
Strategic Advisors with the development of solutions- both strategic and tactical-
that maximize value to our clients.
Fabio earned his Certified Financial Planner designation in 1996 and was an
active Registered Investment Representative and licensed insurance agent with
several financial institutions. In this role, he helped to establish alternative
investment sales platforms and developed a training program to assist candidates
in completing their NASD examinations.
Fabio earned his BS in Finance with high honors from the University of Illinois
at Champaign/Urbana and his MBA from Marquette University. He has recently
presented at not only RFG's quarterly
CEO Strategies workshops but also at other national conferences including the Certegy E-Banking
Conference and Credit Union Direct Lending (CUDL) national conference in 2004.

Carl A. Campione,
Strategic Advisor
Carl Campione joined
Raddon Financial Group as a Strategic Advisor in 2007. His career in financial
services spans more than 20 years in retail and business banking, insurance, and
marketing information and database management. Carl has held positions in
product management, segment development, retail markets management, and
marketing services. He was director of marketing for a five-bank holding company
in Indiana and a 25-branch bank in metropolitan Chicago. Recently he was a
senior financial services industry consultant with the Teradata division of NCR
Corp.
He is a graduate of Loyola
University of Chicago in Communications and has a master's degree from
Northwestern University in the same discipline.

Kristin Gustafson, Strategic
Advisor
Kristin Gustafson
joined Raddon Financial in 2004 as a Strategic Advisor.
A devoted supporter of
the Credit Union Industry, Kristin has spent her 17-year career either working
in credit unions or developing the skills to better assist their growth.
Kristin's diverse experience includes managing the daily operations of a $100
million not-for-profit credit union (NuMark) to providing marketing analysis for
a large retail bank (Bank One).
Kristin has completed
CUNA Management School and has received numerous CUNA Marketing Council
"Diamond" Awards and CUES "Golden Mirror" Awards. She holds a Bachelor of
Science from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from Lewis University.

Bill Jordan, Strategic
Advisor
Bill joined RFG in September 2003. Previously, he
honed his skills as a strategic business advisor by working for several
commercial banks in the Chicago area. During his tenure in banking, Bill
performed various functions in working with small business/commercial banking
customers. These functions included credit underwriting, relationship
management, business development, managing a commercial banking division, and
serving as the business advisor for the bank's clients. Bill continues to serve
on various advisory boards of directors for not-for-profit corporations and a
for-profit distribution company in the Chicago area.
Here at RFG, Bill's job is to help partner clients develop strategies and
tactics to achieve maximum institutional growth and profitability.
Bill earned his B.B.A. in Finance from Iowa State University and his M.B.A from
DePaul University with an emphasis in Economics.

Katy Koenig,
Ph. D, Senior Research Analyst
Katy joined RFG in May 2001 from BAI, a banking
organization where she was the Director of Survey Programs. She is an
organizational psychologist with over 20 years of experience in institutionally
sponsored and syndicated financial service research, focusing on retail and
small business sectors as well as online banking research.
She holds a B. S. from the University of Colorado and a Ph. D. from Illinois
Institute of Technology.

Dan
McGowan, Marketing Director
Dan joined RFG in January of 1999. Dan works with the Sales and Marketing Team to promote the products and services offered by RFG. Dan is also responsible for corporate communications, trade organization relationships and website content development. Prior to joining RFG, Dan worked in the Corporate and Personal Trust Department of a middle market bank in Chicago and more recently, as a Marketing Analyst with Bank One, where he was responsible for retail marketing and analysis for the Illinois region. Dan holds B.A. degree in Marketing from Alma College.

Paul Leavell, Strategic Advisor
In 2006, Paul Leavell came to RFG as a Strategic
Advisor bringing with him more than nine years of financial-services experience.
Immediately prior to joining RFG, he served as the Retail Reporting Manager for
Colonial Bank. As the bank's MCIF business owner, he was responsible for board
reporting and portfolio, marketing, and sales analysis.
Paul holds a BA from Ambassador University and an MBA from Queens University of

Marcus
Rothaar, Financial Analyst
Marcus
Rothaar joined RFG in July of 1998, working closely with participants in the CEO
Strategies Group program as a Client Manager and Group Program Supervisor. From
2003 to 2008, Marcus served as RFG's Production Manager, overseeing the Client
Manager, Market Research Analyst, and Administration teams in the day-to-day
production functions for RFG's group programs, including CEO Strategies Group,
Survey, Market Area Analysis, Activity, and nextProfit. In October 2008, Marcus
brought his 10 years of experience with RFG's strategic programs to his current
role of Financial Analyst, where he is involved in creating and developing
research products that provide strategic guidance for the financial services
industry.
Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Valparaiso University.

Bob
Shibla, Strategic Advisor
Bob Shibla joined RFG in 2000 after working as a
marketing director within the banking industry. Originally, Bob served as a
Relationship Manager for iNTEGRATOR partners. At the beginning of 2003, Bob
assumed his current role as a Strategic Advisor. In this capacity, Bob helps RFG
Partners integrate all RFG programs and products and develop strategies and
tactics to achieve optimal growth and profitability. Bob also presents CEO
Strategies and Survey research for financial institutions' management teams, and
he leads group presentations that demonstrate the advanced functionality and
concepts of the RFG iNTEGRATOR System.
Bob holds a BS degree
in Marketing and Management from St. Xavier University in Chicago.

Andrew Vahrenkamp,
Managing Strategic Advisor
A native of Nashville,
Tennessee, Andrew Vahrenkamp joined RFG in 2002 following several years in
direct marketing research and analysis for commercial banks in Richmond,
Charlotte, and Atlanta. At RFG, Andrew has supported and trained clients in
using the iNTEGRATOR software product to improve their marketing capabilities.
As a Strategic Advisor,
Andrew assists Client Partners in using and understanding RFG programs and
research and to develop strategies and tactics to maximize institution growth
and profitability. Along with these duties, Andrew conducts credit union
management and board sessions and leads group presentations demonstrating
advanced functionality and concepts of the RFG iNTEGRATOR System.
Andrew holds an M.B.A. from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown
University with a concentration on marketing and a B.A. from Emory University in
Atlanta. |
